Jacqui is passionate about creating better food systems & facilitating impact. She brings to the table a commercial lens, especially in marketing, innovation and understanding consumer, customer & stakeholder needs. Mrs Wilson-Smith has collaborative leadership style & an international network of agri-food industry connections. She leverages 25 years of practical C-suite experience working for several global food & agribusiness companies including McCormick, Gourmet Garden, Mondelez & Constellation Wines.

In addition to her role as board director of Food Agility CRC (FA) and member of the FA Finance Audit & Risk Committee and FA Human Resources Committee, Jacqui is also a board director of Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and chair of the MLA Remuneration, People & Culture Committee, board director of Apples & Pears Australia Limited (APAL), board director of Travellers Choice (TC), member of TC Audit & Risk Committee and Chair of the TC Strategy Committee, Chair of the AgriFutures Ginger Advisory Panel & a member of the Food & Beverage Accelerator (FaBA) Industry Steering Committee. Jacqui is also Founder & Executive Director of the Sustainable Innovation Co. and Co-Founder of the Food and Agribusiness Network (FAN) & former Chair. In 2017, Jacqui was the Queensland recipient of the AgriFutures Rural Woman’s Award and is a current participant in the Australian Rural Leadership Program, cohort 30.
