Food Agility extends its sincere thanks to Richard Norton following the conclusion of his contract with the organisation on 30 June 2026.
Richard joined Food Agility CRC as Chief Executive Officer in 2021 and later assumed the role of Managing Director of Food Agility Consultancy (FAC) in 2023. Throughout his tenure, Richard made a significant contribution to the growth and evolution of the organisation.
His leadership helped guide Food Agility through a period of change and played a key role in securing several major initiatives that have helped shape the CRC's strategic direction and long-term impact.
"While Food Agility has been shaped by many people over time, Richard's energy, ambition and commitment have left an undeniable mark on our journey," said Dr Anne Astin AM PSM, Chair of the Food Agility Board.
"On behalf of the Board, our partners and the broader Food Agility team, I would like to thank Richard for his contribution and wish him every success in the future."
Responsibility for all existing and future innovation activities will now be managed directly within Food Agility CRC, ensuring continuity and alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
